Maintenance

For optimal use, add 5 to 7 drops of our meditation oil to every 300ml of water in an aroma diffuser. Depending on both the strength of the oil and your own taste, you can adjust this dosage to your liking.

Remember that our meditation oil is for external use only. If you want to apply the oil to your skin, make sure you dilute it with a suitable carrier oil first.
